Delete from the app
- Open INIT and sign in to the account you want to delete.
- Open your profile, then Account & Safety.
- Select Delete account and follow the confirmation steps.
Request deletion by email
If you cannot access the app, email support from the address associated with your account. Include your phone number with country code and whether the account is a creator or business account. We may ask you to verify ownership before deletion.
Deleting the mobile app does not delete your INIT account. You must complete an account deletion request.
What is deleted
Your profile, account access, device tokens, and personal data that is no longer required will be deleted or anonymized. Some collaboration, security, dispute, or legal records may be retained where required.
