1. Agreement

By creating an INIT account or using the service, you agree to these terms and the privacy policy. If you act for a business, you confirm that you are authorized to do so.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information, protect access to your phone and account, and promptly report suspected misuse. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.

3. Collaboration rules

• Businesses must describe experiences, deliverables, timing, availability, and eligibility accurately.
• Creators must submit truthful profiles, attend confirmed experiences as agreed, and deliver the agreed content.
• Both sides must act professionally, comply with applicable advertising disclosure rules, and respect intellectual property, privacy, and venue rules.
• Check-in codes may be used only by the approved creator for the relevant collaboration.

4. Prohibited conduct

You may not impersonate others, submit fraudulent activity, manipulate applications, harass users, upload unlawful or harmful content, reverse engineer the service, or attempt unauthorized access.

5. Content

You retain ownership of content you create. You grant INIT the permissions reasonably needed to store, display, transmit, and process content for operating the service. Separate campaign terms between a creator and business remain their responsibility.

6. Availability and enforcement

Features may change during beta and service may occasionally be interrupted. INIT may restrict or suspend accounts to protect users, investigate misuse, or comply with law.

7. Liability

INIT provides a platform for collaboration and is not a party to every agreement made between users. To the extent permitted by law, INIT is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from user conduct or service interruption.
